“Kadaikutty Singam is a light-hearted entertainer with good topic in it premise” – Sayyeshaa Saigal

Sayyeshaa Saigal is so much invigorated working with the entire team of ‘Kadaikutty Singam’. We could evidently sense the high spiritedness she possesses inherently as she interacted sharing the experience of working in this film with Friday Cinemaa. She starts off saying that playing a girl from rural backdrops is a dream come-true for her. “While shooting for the film in Kuttralam and Thenkasi, I was so much inspired by the girls and women of that region. I have never been to a village before and never knew that I would be travelling into an unexplored zone before. Nevertheless, the environment over there helps me adapt the mannerisms and body language girls over there. Moreover, being Indian at heart was so much helpful. Furthermore, Pandiraj sir was there to help me out when the situation demanded. He was so much conscious about me performing in the rural touch and would stop me whenever things went out of zone.”

Getting on to speak about Karthi, she says, “Karthi is such a talented actor and while you’re working with him, you’ve to work very much harder to be on par to his performance. In fact, he always makes his co-stars perform well. Personally, I have felt that he is one of the best co-stars I have worked till date.”

Adding more about others in the cast, Sayyeshaa utters, “I never thought I would get an opportunity to work with such an amazing actor like Sathyaraj sir. I keep telling Bhanupriya madam that she is someone, I have looked upon as inspiration in dance. Apart from his hilarious roles, Soori Anna is such a good-hearted person, whom I loved working with.”

Shedding lights on the film, the beautiful and innocuous looking girl says, “Kadaikutty Singam is a light-hearted entertainer that you can come with your family. It deals with a topic, which will not connect only with Tamil Nadu audiences, but global as well.”

When asked if she is sharing the screen space with Suriya in Suriya 37, she says, “I am looking forward to work with him, but there isn’t any confirmation. We need to wait for official word.”

Sayyeshaa wholeheartedly thanks 2D Entertainment, Suriya and Rajasekhar Pandian for choosing her to be a part of this film. “I am so happy that they should have seen something in me for this role and am elated about it,” signs off Sayyeshaa.
